Web design and development
A well built and tested website using xhtml and css allows the content and styling of the web page to be seperated so you can be sure that your site can be used by people other than just Internet Explorer users on a windows on PC. Other browsers and OSs, mobiles, assistive technologies such as screenreaders, PDAs etc. will all be able to access your website. It’s not that this is "included in the price" … it’s how it should be done every time a website is made.
